He has been teaching outdoor sports for his whole professional career. Through empirical knowledge coupled with the study of the fundamental basis of human movement he creates a holistic view of the movement behaviour as a result of locomotion evolution in animal species in a specific movement and postural evolution of individual’s locomotor systems. Results of his long-term field researches are currently summarized in the monograph „Phylogenesis of Human Locomotion“ published by Karolinum Publishing House. His works here include his twelve dissertation, master’s and bachelor qualification theses and a number of grant projects, among others the Czech Science Foundation. He acted as a head of the Department of Outdoor Sports, Charles Univ, Fac Phys Edu & Sport, also as a assistant dean for scientific and research activities, postgradual study and rigorous viva in the same place and as a director of the Rehabilitation Clinic Monada in Prague.
