Profile – Petr Kavalíř

  • Mgr. Petr Kavalíř, Ph.D., MBA

He is a partner in a counselling company focusing on the field of corporate governance, ethics & compliance and the culture of organizations – CGPartners, s.r.i.. He partook in numerous counselling projects focused on the transformation of enterprise culture, strategy formation and crisis management within his experience.

He acts as the leading expert in the field of value systems since 2001. He worked in team of the world leader in the field of cross-cultural psychology prof. Shalom Schwartz at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel for 12 months.

He worked for two years in The Nicholas C. Petris Center on Health Care Markets & Consumer Welfare at University of California, Berkeley, USA regarded as the world leader in the field.

He graduated his master’s degree in education for high schools at the Faculty of Education at the University of West Bohemia. He graduated from his doctoral studies ion the field of kinanthropology focused on social psychology and the psychology of sport at the Charles Univ, Fac Phys Edu & Sport. He also gave lectures for two years at the department of pedagogy and psychology at the same faculty. MBA degree (Master of Business Administration) was acquired at the Rochester Institute of Technology, USA.

Dr. Kavalíř partook on numerous international scientific conferences in Europe, Asia and America and he has published in international peer-reviewed scientific publications. He is a member of the International Association of Cross Cultural Psychology and a certified counsellor and a member of the global network of counsellors at the Cultural Transformation Tools.

He is an external collaborator and a solver of grant tasks at VŠEM.
