JUDr. Michal Frabša is a Czech lawyer dealing with sport problematic and organization of national and international sport events, including World and European Championships, between 1995 and 2010 a member of the executive committee of the Czech Union of Fullcontact (kickbox), a past and current member of many committees (arbitration board, disciplinary commission, revision commission, organizational committee) of national and international sport subjects of Olympic and non-Olympic sports.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Charles University, where he acquired a degree of law doctor in 1989. From the field of sport, he was engaged in kickboxing, which he co-founded in the Czech Republic, and for many years was active in international structures of contact sport.

He externally teaches at colleges focusing on sport and also has a publishing aktivity behind hi, e.g. publishing a book focused on sport  „Byli jsme při tom“, the first edition of national sport rules for kickboxing, co-authorship of the Encyclopaedia of martial arts and sports, Legal and Organizational Minimum for Athletes and so on.
