She studie dat the VŠE in Prague. She entered the field of sport marketing in 2000, when she became chairwoman of the board of directors and the director of the official marketing agency of the Czech Olympic Committee Česká olympijská a.s. She directed contractual security with the partners of the Czech Olympic Team, the cooperation with the International Olympic Committee in the field of marketing and protection of Olympic symbolism, the Olympic Park project at Letná and other activities of the company in this function until 2014.

The preparation and direction of Czech Houses at Summer and Winter Olympic Games from ranging from Sydney 2000 to Sochi 2014 also fell into her competences.

She now works as a secretary of the Czech Olympic Committee and she is still a member of the board of directors ČO a.s. She is active in professional committees of the Czech Olympic Committees for the Dual Career and in the Board of Equal Opportunities.

She gave lectures externally at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, Charles University in the field of sport management and she has her lecture at VŠE within the seminar Marketing Communication.
