Admission Procedure - Bachelors Study

Applications for bachelor’s studies for the academic year 2024/2025 can be submitted from 1 January 2023 to 20 September 2024.

The conditions of the admission procedure for the academic year 2024/2025 are regulated by the internal regulation Rector’s Decision no. 96.

The admission procedure for the Bachelor’s study program will include an online test in English and an interview in English in the form of either a personal or online interview.

Applicants who wish to use support for students with specific needs contact the Counseling Center after submitting their application for study.

BACHELOR’S STUDY PROGRAMMES

  • Sport and Fitness Specialist (SFS programme code  B1014A280011)
  • Nutritional Counselling and Sport Diagnostics (NCSD programme code B1014A280012)

The study programmes Sport and Fitness Specialist and Nutritional Counselling and Sport Diagnostics are implemented in the form of a three-year full-time and part-time study.

The part time form of study takes place in the form of weekend training camps (Saturdays and Sundays, in addition to courses and internships, these can also affect weekdays), e-learning and self-study. The schedule of the weekend workshop is always known in advance for the following academic year. Within the Bachelor’s study, there are usually 6-7 weekend training camps per semester.

 

DOCUMENTS FOR THE ADMISSION PROCEDURE

The following documents must be submitted within the admission procedure:

  • an officially certified copy of the school-leaving certificate
  • Proof of medical fitness: for SFS programmes, a certificate from a physical education doctor – a form, for the NCSD programmes, a cerificate from a general practicioner – a form
  • an affidavit stating that the applicant is not and has not been prosecuted – a form

The documents must be sent by post or delivered in person to the study department by 15. 7. 2024 to the address VŠTVS PALESTRA, spol. s r.o., Slovačíkova 400/1, Prague 9 – Kbely.

 

ADMISSION PROCEDURE FEE

A fee of 850 CZK must be paid together with the application. The applicant is considered to be registered at the moment when the prescribed amount is registered in the Moggis information system, which is the main communication tool between the student and College Palestra.

RESULTS OF THE ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Within 30 days of payment of the fee of 850 CZK for the admission procedure, the applicant will receive the Study Agreement and the Cover Letter (electronicaly via the Moggis – information system – in the personal folder).

An applicant who has been accepted to the study program will receive a Decision on admission to study within 30 days and will have the right to enroll in the study (electronicaly via the Moggis – information system – in the personal folder).

You can log in to the Moggis information system as follows:

• username – ID (nine-digit number assigned by the system after submitting the application)

• password – birth number including slash.
