He is connected with the entrepreneurial environment both as an entrepreneur and a manager on one hand, on the other as a consultant. He is a graduate of VŠE in Bratislava (Ing.) and VŠE in Prague (Ph.D.), a graduate of postgradual studies (UCT Prague, Comenius University in Bratislava) and a graduate of numerous professional courses. He graduated educational courses in the Great Britain, in Belgium, in Slovakia and in Czechia. He was the head of international and national projects in the field of industry. He is a holder of the ATO (Acquis Technical Officer) certificate of the ELECTRANET project, Brussels.

He worked at the Department of Strategy, Faculty of Business Administration, VŠE in Prague, at Hochschule Fresenius, University of Applied Sciences, Faculty of Business., centre in Banská Bystrica. At the same time, he is employed at College Palestra in Praque, where he is the head of the MBA programme Sport Management.

He is engaged in the problematics of competitiveness of enterprises, economy of sport, systematic methodology in enterprise economics and the problematics of the enterprise’s surroundings.
